Shipping policy

Our hair products are shipped directly from our trusted vendors located in Indonesia, Vietnam, and China. Unless an item is purchased from our Ready to Ship collection, please allow 7–10 business days for order processing and shipment.

All merchandise and apparel are also shipped directly from our vendors. Shipping rates are calculated based on the carrier's fixed rates and the distance to your selected shipping address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information so you can monitor your package's delivery progress.
